Paid but still asking to pay

Hello,
After payment from non-PayPal method via woocommerce, though the payment is paid, it still shows asking to buy a package! What i did was confirmed the order but still the variable is not triggered here to show as already subscribed to a recent purchased package.
I understand this a problem integrating other payment gateways. Can you please tell where to pass on this already paid value or ATLEAST make a manual change from our admin side or where exactly i can update the paid status of the user and if at all assign him a requested and paid package MANUALLY even if not programatically done, so that the user can go ahead and post the listings according to the purchased pack. This will be highly helpful to fix non-PayPal issues please let me know
