Out of Memory Error Messages

I just upgraded to 2.8.3 and now everything is broken again. In the admin area I’m getting Out of Error Memory error messages

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 41943040) (tried to allocate 46 bytes) in wp-includes/post.php on line 815

when i try and delete an article, when I try and Post an article I get the same message only in something called the link template file.
