Connection MyPhoner/Zapir

    Hi,

    I want to make forms and connect them to my callcenter software. Is this possible with Form Maker? I can connect it directly to MyPhoner or connect it to Zapir and then to MyPHoner. Please let me know if this is possible.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user, we currently don’t have integration with any call center software.

    But you can go forward and add the feature-request in our Submit Your Idea section. We periodically pass through the list and add user-required features.

    Dear Frank, please note that you can export form submissions (all form fields or even single fields) in CSV and XML formats, this may help you to manually integrate the database with your call center software.

    If you’ll need more insights on the data structure please let us know.
