All our notifications are working as needed.
Just one notification sends 4 times. To the admin.
And thats what we were after help with

Which notification is sending 4 times? You said it’s to the site admin but you don’t mention which notification this is. Letting me know what notification you’re using will allow me to narrow down the potential issue.

It is Listing – Pending Review
Set to HTML
Using Send to box, I have added two administrators in there

Send this notification to the Author is unticked

Are you using Gutenberg (Block Editor) in the WP Admin to create your posts?
Or a front-end form to submit your listings?

No we haven’t upgraded to the Gutenburg release so far

Yes they are submitting in the front end at https://www.districtgazette.com.au/pricing/
