Backup Download Failure

    I installed BackWPup 3.6.9 on June 29, 2019. The first manual backup (same date) worked well, and I was able to download the backup file to my local backup server.

    Today, there is a new backup file available (size: 283,58 MB) after an automated backup. But when clicking the download link (“Herunterladen”), a pop-up window appears showing the message “Bitte warten …” for a couple of seconds. Then, the message disappears but the window stays completely empty (white, without title, without content) and doesn’t change any more.

    Also, on the BackWPup Dashboard below the “Neuigkeiten zu BackWPup” section, the message “RSS-Fehler: WP HTTP Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds” is shown.

    Are there any necessary services that are not available at this time?
