    Hello dear team,

I have the following entries in my debug log:

    [04-Jul-2019 10:17:22 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘ticket’ of non-object in (…) / wp-content / plugins / opentickets-community-edition / inc / order / admin.class.php on line 616
[04-Jul-2019 10:17:41 UTC] PHP Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in (…) / wp-content / plugins / opentickets-community-edition / inc / sys / extensions / extensions.php on line 414

And in addition, I have a problem when I edit orders manually or make refunds.
As soon as I disable the plugin everything works fine.

    Can you help me?

    best regards
    lina

    Hi Lina,

After four years of the OpenTickets project, we have made the decision to shut down the project effective June 25th, 2019. We have met amazing customers and have been impressed with the creative ways people use the software. Now that we have stopped selling OpenTickets Extensions and Enterprise, we will provide support for existing customers through the end of their current license.
The decision was not an easy one. The decision came down to the major changes in WordPress 5.0 and changes in WooCommerce. The reality of supporting distributed, licensed software with those changes is that it became too expensive to support, with all the combinations of customer installations.
Instead of distributed software, a few months ago we started on a completely new SaaS (Software as a Service) platform called EventVerve, with the same ‘no per-ticket fee’ model. It will be a simple subscription model. SaaS will be much easier to maintain and support, and you can sign-up to be notified when it launches at https://eventverve.com .
We would like to thank everyone who supported OpenTickets and provided valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it, and look forward to those that join our new venture.
