    Hi!

I′m using WooCommerce since years. A month ago I installed and designed a new webshop with Woo and I setup a cache plugin (w3t, using the recommended settings) and setup everything in Woo like any other webshops designed by me.

I have a single product and 6 variations. I added the prices without VAT and then at Woo settings I choosed the related settings, like always.

My problem only at this new websop: if I′m a not logged new visitor, I see only the prices without VAT. If I continued the shopping to the check-out, I see the normal price with VAT. If I continue the shopping and choosing another variations, then I see the correct price with VAT.

I tried to use WP Super Cache, but with the same ussues.

Now I′m using the WP Fastest Cache, but I see this problem sometimes.

    Any idea?

    Hi there,

Just to check: Are the prices showing as expected when deactivating your caching plugins? I’m asking as I’d like to narrow down whether this is a caching issue or something else entirely ??

    Thanks!

Also check geolocation settings, especially if VAT is applied after visitors location is determined.

Thanks, this last option works. I have a basic country and I setup the VAT calculation based on this country, not on address.

Anyway, if I switched off the cache plugin (without this VAT calculation modification), the shop works well.

    Thanks again!
