The ‘add new’ button does not appear in wordpress plugins

  • The ‘add new’ button does not appear in wordpress plugins

    And when I go to the console, this appears:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    I already try to change the theme and nothing, I also deactivate-activate the plugins and nothing

    What could be happening or how could I solve it?
