• I’m flumuxed. I went through a theme template upload in wordpress unzip from the dash board of a theme located on a zipped file from my hard drive and came up with these messages:

Warning: file(/home/websitename/public_html/wp-content/themes/remedy/style.css) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/websitename/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/websitename/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180

I read the install instructions from the author but there is no mention of avoiding this occurence.

I know it has to do with a file placed with my service provider and in the php files but all other themes downloaded without problems in the past.

I’m able to preview the theme but haven’t activated it due to error message.

    I’m afraid I rather a bit of a newbie.

    Any and all help appreciated.

  • The theme appear to lack the correct style.css file.

Thanks for reply esmi. I’ll just reload and see what happens. Been over to said folder on my host and am none the wiser. Plenty of css files in main folder but only the scripter knows which ones are correct for the said theme. Que sera.

    Try looking in wp-content/themes/remedy.

This should be your template you use is not compatible with wordpress, try replacing the version of wordpress
