Theme upload error message – what does it mean?
-
I’m flumuxed. I went through a theme template upload in wordpress unzip from the dash board of a theme located on a zipped file from my hard drive and came up with these messages:
Warning: file(/home/websitename/public_html/wp-content/themes/remedy/style.css) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/websitename/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180
Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/websitename/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180
I read the install instructions from the author but there is no mention of avoiding this occurence.
I know it has to do with a file placed with my service provider and in the php files but all other themes downloaded without problems in the past.
I’m able to preview the theme but haven’t activated it due to error message.
I’m afraid I rather a bit of a newbie.
Any and all help appreciated.
