I’m having an error on my site, triggered by the Yoast SEO plugin. I received an email from the WordPress diagnostic indicating the following error:

I think this ‘Yoast_Notification_Center’ class missing is an error of the plugin itself. Could you please solve this problem?

I’m using WordPress version 5.2.2 and the Yoast SEO plugin is in version 11.5.

  • Hi,

We apologize for the difficulties you are having with the plugin. We are not sure why that is happening. We would like some more information.

    1. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v11.6? If you update, does the issue resolve?

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.2.2? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.?Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast.?This guide explains more:?https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

    Hi,

1 – The v11.5 WAS the most recent version of your plugin until now. I just updated to 11.6 in hope for solving this issue.

2 and 3 – Yes, my WordPress installation and all my installed themes and plugins are updated.

If you clear your cache (server, plugin, or CDN such as Cloudflare) does this resolve the error? If you are not sure how to clear your server cache you should speak with your host provider.
