Error: Duration invalid. (83)

    When I tried to verify the listings with eBay (on the listings page) it came up with various error messages, but basically saying I cannot do fixed price listings without opting for good till cancelled listing period (which I don’t want to do because of the repeated fees) so I changed to an auction option, which then accepted the first item, but rejected the other two with the error message below:

    Error: Duration invalid. (#83)
    The duration “90” day(s) is not available for this listing type, or invalid for category “532”.

    This is strange as they are all listed using the same profile, so I am sorry but I am stuck again.

    what do I need to so to get the other two items listed as well?

    Hey @sprocker

    Yes, you cannot use 90 days for an auction format listing.

    The only way to over ride the settings in the listing profile would be to provide some other settings in the edit product page because: Listing Profile vs Edit Product Page

    So please double check your listing format and listing type settings in the edit product page to make sure it is set properly or set to “Use Profile Settings”.
