  • Hi,

We apologize for the difficulties you are having with the plugin. Can you elaborate more on what you mean when you say “dropping out”? Is Yoast uninstalling itself completely from the site? OR is it just not appearing in the plugin menu?

Are all your non-Yoast plugins updated too?

Lastly, can you confirm your host provider is not making changes on the site that may be causing unexpected behaviors?

It dissaperas with all it’s features, but the folder stays so I can’t reinstall it the regular way. I have to do it with ftp. Everything is always up to date. The provider have not done anything to cause this.

    Hi,

We are unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Yoast is not disappearing. It showing as installed in the plugin menu.

Can you confirm your server has all the right requirements? ?If you are not sure, speak to your host provider.?They may need to increase the PHP memory.?This guide explains more:?https://kb.yoast.com/kb/plugin-requirements/.
