I think you misunderstood the question. I was not asking to change the language of the plugin or to show the UI in a different language.
WPML is a plugin that enables a site to have its content in more than one language. As far as I understand, the UIX Shortcodes plugin enables its users to add a plethora of shortcodes to the content and these shortcodes can contain many variables, for instance:
[button text="Register here" URL="https://unique-url.com/webinar/15903/330973?utm_source=company&utm_medium=vimeo&utm_campaign=330973" Type="primary" Size=""]
When the content of the page where a button like this is present is sent to the translators, it should be possible to translate the button text and also to adapt the registration link.
On a site of a client I’m hired to look into, the translations come back without any of the shortcodes and as the UIX Shortcodes plugin is not listed on the official WPML Plugins Compatibility list, the first thing that came to mind is that perhaps your plugin is not compatible with WPML.
Also the fact that the plugin does not have a WPML Configuration file, where there are clearly many variables involved with shortcodes, points to a possible incompatibility issue.
Hence my original question:
Can you confirm (or deny) compatibility with WPML?
