Try renaming your second “Home” page to “About Us”

and dosent even come in my dashboard

Well, I think you should look on the left side of your dashboard, find “Pages” and select “Edit”. Find the page that says, “HOME” and rename it.

on the website the extra page is there but on the dashboard there is only one page as home

You are using verion 1.0.2 of Elegent Grunge so the line number might be off.

On the 1.0.3 version from https://michael.tyson.id.au/wordpress/themes/elegant-grunge/ try this

1. Backup your WordPress files and wp-content (really)
2. Edit wp-content/themes/elegant-grunge/header.php and go to line 70
3. Change “Home” to whatever you like, it’s right after the <?php _e('

<li class="page_item <?php if ( is_home() ) { ?>current_page_item<?php } ?>"><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>"><?php _e('Home', 'elegant-grunge') ?></a></li>

See if that works.

would it work if i get the new version
or do i have to do all this
