    Hi,

I have a sideshow gallery on one of my pages and if i try to change the dimensions, time interval and transition speed even minimally the nest day the gallery isn’t being displayed and an error message is on the page stating that the gallery cannot be displayed. It only works in the default settings of “750×500” dimensions, 3000 time interval and 300 transition speed. What is the point of providing the option to change these values if changing them is leading to the plugin crashing? Can this be fixed? Thanks

    Hi @cj74,

I am sorry to hear of the encountered problem and this behavior is for sure a faulty and unexpected one and we couldn’t replicate it for any of our sites so it seems to occur for your installation only.

I hope that you wouldn’t mind testing for a plugin conflict next time when you will get the issue by temporarily deactivating all the plugins excepting NextGen to see if that will change anything.

Also, it my help us to inspect the problem in case that you wouldn’t mind providing us with the page’s link that contains the gallery that’s failing to load.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @mihaiimagely

Thank you for getting back, Let me test it as you have suggested first since my site is for members only i will have to deactivate some privacy settings for you to inspect it. The question is, if my don’t find a plugin incompatibility, will your testing/inspecting reveal what the problem is? Thanks

We can have a look if that would be possible and it’ll point to what’s causing the problem for sure.

I noticed that your responses prior to me posting the link to my website was being responded within 2 hours and it has been almost 2 days since i posted the link to my website as you asked and there has been no response.

It is not a good business policy to fish for authenticity of comments by asking users to post their website addresses because you simply want to verify the authenticity of the comment and then not respond.

Hi there @cj74 I see you reported this thread to the moderators. Please note that we are just the folks who enforce the rules around all of www.remarpro.com.

Reporting to moderators doesn’t get any faster support, instead it just kind of attracts attention from folks whose radar you probably don’t want to be on. ??

If you really do need a moderator, please add a reply letting us know why before you hit the report button.

Otherwise, please hang in there for the plugin’s support to reply when they can.

Since i have posted the link, i have had around 500 unauthorized failed login attempts leading to site lockdowns. Unbelievable! Can i have a moderator please delete this post or the link? Thank you.
