Application sending error

    Hi,

    I am currently testing this plugin on our staging site.

    When pressing the apply button, filling everything out and clicking send, I don’t get the confirmation message displayed. But in red “Error sending message”.
    The application also never arrives at the e-mail address provided, but it lists in the wp-admin backend under applications with all the details.

    Could this be because of the staging site?

    Any idea?

  • I just installed the plugin and I am having the same problem on one of my sites as well: https://voltanet.io/job/950/

    I am using WP SMTP Forms and it is able to send a test message and I can set message from external addresses to the target email address.

    The plugin is working on my other site.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Is any of you using some caching plugin that uses DataBase cache?

    This site has the Cache Enabler plugin but it not active. Does WPML have an effect?

    I have also just downloaded and installed this plugin on a staging site and I’m experiencing the same problem.

    Wordpress: 5.2.2
    Jobs for WordPress: 2.2.4
    Caching: No
    smtp plugin: WP Mail SMTP v. 5.0.4

    Can some one check server LOG, after you try to submit application? Is there some error related to the plugin?
