I have a WordPress site in development. For my existing, non-WordPress, website, I have a process where page authors get an email with a list of their pages with links for them to review annually. The review notification is triggered manually. I do not need any automated notifications.

    Does BNFW have this capability?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jpwyatt,
    Thanks for your message.

BNFW is mostly automated so I’m not sure it would be a good fit. Additionally, there isn’t the functionality to include a list of the users posts but you could probably include a link to the WP Admin in the notification that takes them directly to a filtered view of the All Posts page to see a list of their posts instead.

If you don’t need it to be automated then you could just send the email manually from your email app instead. You’d just need to export a list of email addresses from your site first in order to use them in your email app.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the update. We have an in-house developed tool but we were hoping to find something that would take its place and not have to go into the database to change all the URLs.

    Take care!
