KK Star ratings not showing on google

Hi Hesham,

I loved your plugin. I used it for years. No errors in data structure tool. I didn’t change anything, but unfortunately, you must tell to all your users that your plugin doesn’t work anymore. Star ratings are not showing on google.

You told to another user 1 year ago: “if you look at Google guidelines for adding Schema markup, you will know that Google want us to markup pages with only one specific type of Schema.”

1 year ago I didn’t change anything and everything was working fine. What happened ? That’s not our schema markup, it’s not our fault, but an issue occuring with your plugin.

Could you please tell me and to all your users how to fix it ?

=> I don’t know what you mean by disabling the Schema plugin output…disabling the plugin ? There isn’t kk star ratings options on my post/articles (backend). And I can’t imagine to setup something manually on my Thousands of posts/articles.
