Possible to allow specific “friends” access to document?

    Can I give only specific friends access to documents that I uploaded to the group? I don’t want everyone in the group to see the document with the exception of a specific friend (my manager). I don’t want my co-workers to see the document. (I am the admin for the site but I want this to work for global workplaces.
