    Hello

I am on Shared hosting and my host informed me that I am getting excessive hits (10,000 times more than usual) coming from my IP address to the first link in the (Link to the page you need help with:) box above. This has been happening on and off since I installed the plugin. Can you help me figure out how to lower the cpu usage since its causing my hosting account to go over the limit.

I have 50 products with a total of 250 variations and have 4 feeds setup 2 for Bing and 2 for Google that execute once daily. Not really sure what the problem is but your help is appreciated.

I have added the link to the debug log in the (Link to the page you need help with:) box above. It is the second link in the box.

the two links are separated by a space (%20)

    Thank you

  • Hi richesnrags,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I am not sure what you mean by “hits”, but our plugin is not creating hits, nor is it opening URL’s on your website. So 10.000 hits are not coming from our plugin.

With regards to high CPU usage. Our plugin does load small batches of products into memory before it outputs them to your product feed. The plugin is designed to optimized the size of the batches based on your server configuration so it shouldn’t cause issues unless the amount of CPU you have available is really small. Unfortunately these settings cannot be changed.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I will close this topic for now.

Don’t hesitate to reach out again whenever you need our help.

    Have a great day,
    Eva

    Please configure “Product per batch”
in order to be able to choose how much to do with the processing packet at a time. since I constantly load 99% of the CPU and the database is down
