Alante Pro stuck in Boxed Layout

  • I am using Alante Pro and the site is still displaying as Boxed Layout even though I have turned that off and tried to return to full width.

    Am I missing another setting somewhere that needs to be changed?

    What is the support link, please?

    When I am on the Thinkupthemes website I keep getting 404 when I try to click on the Support center, or it just takes me to my account page with my order history, but no place to enter a support ticket. Even the thinkupthemes.com/docs/ URL in your screenshot doesn’t take me to the support page.

    Clicking on that link returns a page not found message.

    Their support is not very user friendly. You have to login. Have you created an account with Thinkup Themes by purchasing a theme? If not, you won’t get any help. Even if you have created an account, you still might not be able to get the support page.
    I could login to my thinkup themes account, see my purchase and order history, but STILL could not get to the support page. And the only help you will get from Thinkup Themes is “Make sure you are logged in :-)” or “Create a ticket on the support page :-)”
    If you have a specific problem, you are much more likely to find the answer in some other forum or through your own research.

    The WordPress forums aren’t very helpful either. ??
