SEO Meta Description/Yoast Support

Hello,
Is there a solution or support to deploy custom <title> & <meta name=”description”…> tags for Listings CPT? For instance, using Yoast or some other solution.

We currently have IMPress listings & Yoast plugin respectively installed.

When editing Listings CPT posts in the WordPress Admin UI, the Yoast plugin fields for title & meta tag descriptions are not present. In general, no Yoast plugin features appear.

In the WordPress Admin UI, under IMPress Settings>IDX there is a field named ‘Import Title’ with the following instructions:

“By default, imported listings use the street address as the title and permalink. You can customize that further using these available tags”

But that does not address custom title & meta tags for each Listing post.
