Scheduled Updated Post but Doesn’t Republish

    Having issues with republishing old content. I had tried on one of my posts, had it cloned and set the publish date for the future. Instead of republishing to current status, it went and just updated the post at that time. I then tried to “accept revision” to see if that did anything different but found out that it just made the edit go live. So now I’m having to pull the post out of publication just so I can schedule to republish. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

    We need to understand what is your workflow and if you are using our plugin correctly.
    Which text editor are you using? Gutenberg or classic TinyMCE?

    Revision Manager TMC is designed for people with differences in capabilities.
    If you are administrator and click “Accept revision”, don’t be surprised ?? You just accepted revision and triggered posts merging mechanism.

    If you want to make automatic posts merge in the future, create new revision draft, switch to future date, save as “future draft” (not “publish”) and wait until this date. It will automatically merge two posts at the given date.
