importing from blogware help please

Got the xml file from blogware export ok but not sure what to do after I’ve imported it to wordpress. Getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_importer() in /home/helisell/public_html/”xyz my blogname here”.com/wp-admin/import/blogware.php on line 189
