Preloading begins but no images appear

  • I’ve checked the quotes, the image path, made sure all images were lowercase, set the right number of images… still not sure what’s going on.

    Please help!

    Shortcode used:

    [spin360 canvas_name=”s1″ imgs_folder=”spin360demo/” imgs_nbr=23 img_type=jpg speed=1.0]

    Would you try to remove the quotation marks in your shortcode?

    [spin360 canvas_name=s1 imgs_folder=spin360demo/ imgs_nbr=23 img_type=jpg speed=1.0]

    Does your site is a multisite wordpress?

    Would you mind to try this shortcode?
    [spin360 canvas_name=s1 imgs_folder=https://chighre.com/wp-content/uploads/spin360demo/ imgs_nbr=23 aspect_ratio=1.33333 img_type=jpg speed=1.0]

    If this still doesn’t work, would you mind to disable all plugins except spin360 and see if this will let it works?
    (PS I tested your theme and it does work)….
