Missing options

    I just installed your plugin , but in wp menu there are only 5 menu items (All Tooltips, Add new, Categories, Global Settings, Knowledge Base). I have latest wp version installed.

    Thanks for use our plugin, would you please click “Knowledge Base” sub menu item, you will find our support ticket link at the bottom of the “Knowledge Base” sub menu item ??
