Good but incompatibilty issue

  • is working good but not on the older browser (example FF <51) the image fall back don’t appear and the video creates strange glitch, normally in this case you just deactivate the video and you must see the fallback image. That means is not deeply tested

    Hi there!

    Thank you for your feedback. Could you provide a URL to your site so I can troubleshoot? Video Background does have support for Firefox 51, and versions earlier than that. Perhaps there is a compatibility issue with another plugin or theme.

    Is not a plugin bug but a browser bug but the plugin must check the browser version and serve only the fallback image.
    FF 51 work fine problem start with version < 51 also some Chrome/mium old version have the same problem.
    the issue is when you have more than one video background on the same page whit a total memory occupation by the videos >100mb look like is a memory leak on some video codec
    I don’t have anymore the page with trouble because I solved the issue by writing custom code.
    I really love your plugin but I can’t use on production site because I have more than 5% off people with an issue
