• Hello,
There are random words highlighted and hyperlinked in the blog post articles that aren’t supposed to be. The links don’t go anywhere, but I would still like to undo this as it makes it confusing for readers. For instance, in the article https://rgvctmn.org/anitas-blog-basket-flower-fan-club/ the words “flower”, “agree” and “form” are highlighted and linked even though the author did not want them to.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hey, I grew up there!
The site doesn’t appear to have any plugins showing in the front end page that would be adding links. The link looks like <a id="PXLINK_3_0_3" class="pxInta" href="#">agree</a> so maybe there is some plugin with a name with PX?
If not, you could have a hack on the site. You can use https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ to see if it finds anything.

I do see some links in source code.
    Looks like anchor links.
Can you edit the page-post to remove?
Was the text copied from another document into WordPress post-page? (I see some other less common code also)

Are you using a cracked theme or plugin? Such themes or plugins can contain suspicious code that is linking random words on your web page.
