I, historically, have used “duplicate newsletter” and then updated the previous used “drag-drop” boxes. However, after this latest update, I don’t have the option any longer. It is now only a format option to edit the current/previous text/images and can’t update it as I could before. Any advice on how to return to the previous format of simply updating the blocks when I duplicate the newsletter?

  • I’ve been keeping a template to copy when starting newsletters, since duplicating a newsletter that was already sent out is not working. I believe this will be fixed soon.

Hi, duplication should work now, but could not working if you duplicate an already sent newsletter affected by the bug. I’m looking for a workaround.

Ok, thanks. So maybe if I duplicate a sent newsletter and then duplicate the duplicated unset newsletter draft it should work? I’ll try that.

Just tried it. It does not work. ??

I can only duplicate a newsletter that has never been sent. Create a new one and never send it. Use that to duplicate others.

With the fix, this should allow us to go forward normally, but those newsletter that have already been affected cannot be used to duplicate.

HI Robert, thanks. I had tried that (see above your response), but there is no way to update the blocks. You have to manually edit each text and image box. It’s not the same as the drag and drop features before the last update.

It’s working fine for me now, I duplicated the email I sent out yesterday without problems today. All the newsletters that I created and sent in the past four weeks still do not allow me to duplicate successfully, but that’s water under the bridge now, so I’m back to normal.

Can you try going back to a newsletter created before mid-May and see if it can be duplicated successfully?

    It worked, thank you!
