Can’t find the orders in WooCommerce

    I have synced the orders from iZettle to the website, and then I wanted to create the orders in WooCommerce, so I chose this option on the Izettle plugin page, but I can’t find the orders in WooCommerce. Did something go wrong?

    Hello,

    To have the orders created automatically you first select the option and then sync the purchases. All new purchases you make from now on will create orders.

    If you want to create orders from already synced purchases; Go to iZettle in the main menu; Select the purchases you want to create orders from; Select “Create order in WooCommerce” and process it.

    Thank you, but that is exactly what I did after manually syncing the purchases: Go to iZettle in the main menu; Select the purchases you want to create orders from; Select “Create order in WooCommerce” and process it.
    But I still can’t find the orders under the WooCommerce tab.

    Ok,

    Can you then go to the “Advanced” tab at the settings and enable logging. Then redo the process and send the logs that you find at “WooCommerce->Status->Logs” to [email protected]
