    Hi!

I used the plugin TranslatePress 1.4.8 to create our English website (the default language is Traditional-Chinese).

We found that the form (Forminator 1.7.0.1) only be effectively displayed in the default language. When the user switches to English, the form does not work (just blank).

I tried to create a separate form for a different language, but it still fails.

How can I solve this problem?

  • Hi @takumi412,

I’m afraid that Forminator is not translation ready at the moment but it’s one of the features we’re looking to introduce in future.

I’m not familiar with TranslatePress and other translation plugins usually offer you to create separate pages for each language so in those cases you can have multiple forms, one in each language you have.
However, TranslatePress seems to be translating strings “on the go” and that seems to be affecting Forminator functionality.
Perhaps check with TranslatePress devs if you can have separate pages for different languages and then use two forms on those pages.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

Your suggestion is very good and gives us some ideas.

We will check with TranslatePress devs. If there is still no solution, maybe we should try other multilingual plugins.

    Thanks a lot! ??
