    Hi
    This i have tried several times.
    username: user1
    password: user1
    url: crenting dot com
    Earlier you have checked on your system and looks fine. But when today i checked out, it shows ‘incorrect password’ message. I have cleared the cache/passwords saved, but still login problem shows. Also when password reset by clicking on the emailed link the new password doesn’t work. I checked on different browsers. Appreciate if you have any suggestions thanks

    Hello i checked and even this not working. The primary goal is to login through the login screen consistently without any ‘incorrect password’ messages. You can try creating an account using register and then try to login which it won’t allow. Even if it allows you for the 1st time, it might give you login problems later.

    Hi

    1) I guess it might be some database SQL writing saving to appropriate password table for which it frequently shows ‘incorrect password’. You may please check this.

    2) Alternatively no issues if this plugin can work fine with Social Logins and not necessarily through website login. I have enabled social login and i will checkback on this and comeback to you if this works with social logins.

    I tried creating an account, logging in, getting my password back by email. all are not working on your website. I do not have access to your code or database so you can check where the problem is. I checked on my webside, localhost, everything works well.
    Try some things:
    1. Try disabling all other pluginand only use our plugin.
    2. Please update, reinstall our plugin or install a website on your localhost to check.
    I am very sorry for this error !

    Hello problem solved!
    Actually the login incorrect password error due to CAPTCHA plugin, which was malfunctioning. I just replaced it and it works perfect now! Thanks for your quick response. No more login issues
