• Got a couple of sites running into this error since the last update;

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function YITH_Plugin_Licence() in /wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/plugin-fw/lib/yit-plugin-licence.php:61

    With the new WordPress Fatal Error protection it causes the site to be inaccessible unless I deactivate the plugin manually.

    Hi there,
    Hi there,
    we’re very sorry for this issue, it seems caused by a commercial version of our plugins that is outdated.
    May I ask you to update all our plugins and let me know if the problem persists?
    YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter loads the framework in your site, but it’s not the source of the issue.
    Let me know, I’m here to help you.

    Has this problem been fixed now? I had the same issue and don’t want to update the plugin if it isn’t sorted.

    Hi there,
    you fix the issue updating the premium version of our plugins to latest release, the error will disappear.
    Let me know.

    Is there a manual fix for this issue? The plugin still functions as required on the site so there’s no real need to renew the licence to fix this problem if it can fixed. Thanks
