    The tickets are answered Monday to Satursday during normal business hours.You can see this warning on the support page.

    Do you really think that our free plugin deserves 1 star, because we need a weekend rest?

    Today I will definitely answer your ticket, if you don’t like our plugin, we can also give you a refund.

    @jdembowski This user would like to delete his review. Indeed, it belongs to the premium plugin. We do not respond to premium support on weekends. Perhaps this has nothing to do with the free plugin.
