I fixed it but I am not sure what exactly did it… I rebuilt the asset folder and clicked save settings on this page.

I’m also having problems with this since updating the plugin.

I went to the ad.tex subheading under the general heading and add my accounts version of google.com, pub-0000000000000000, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0, but I’m still getting a warning message:

“Advanced Ads detected potential problems with your ad setup. Show me these errors

There are one or more warnings about the currently linked AdSense account. You can view them here”

    What am I doing wrong?

ok, now the messages have disappeared even though I haven’t done anything on my advance ads settings on my dashboard, but I still have a warning on my adsense account

“Earnings at risk – One or more of your sites does not have an ads.txt file. Fix this now to avoid a severe impact on your revenue.”

@arianahall maybe it was a temporary issue. The “rebuild asset folder” option should not have had anything to do with an issue related to the ads.txt.

@unwantedlife I don’t think you have the same issue unless you also run ariana-hall.com ??

If your ads.txt is fine then AdSense will check for the file and remove the warning within the next days. If you need further help then please create your own thread so that the original poster does not get our messages by email.

    Best regards,
    Thomas
