Outliner for WordPress ?

Has anyone made a OPML Outliner plugin or hack? I think the functionality of the activeRenderer software https://activerenderer.com/ for Radio Userland is kinda cool. My main concern is with the end user usability of the tree structures interface. I’m not sure how easy it is for people to use.
I know WP can parse OPML for bloggrolls…
