Howdy! I believe this is more of a problem with my WordPress site, and not Memphis Docs. But I’d like to know if there’s a workaround. If I try to upload a large-ish file (around 100MB) to Memphis Docs or the Media Library, I get an HTTP error. I’ve done the PHP max-file-size edits, and it still happens. I’ve been using FTP to transfer these files to the IIS server, then I use a plug-in that allows me to upload a file from the server to the Media Library. But, I can’t get it into Memphis Docs that way. I also FTP’d the doc directly to the mdocs directory, but it doesn’t appear in my Memphis Docs Library. Is there a way that I can get it into the library if the file is in that directory?

And, this is on an Intranet that can’t be accessed from outside.

    Thank you!

I would recommend using the batch upload using the the “FTP Method”

    FTP Method

Using a FTP application connect to your sever and navagate to this folder: /your/mdocs/upload/folder. Upload all your files to this folder then return to Memphis Documents Library and press the “Process FTP Folder” button.

    see if that works.
