How do I remove “wordpress” part of my domain.

Please, people.
I need help.

You can register your domain name through a company like https://www.godaddy.com

From there, you can either point your new domain name to where you currently have your website hosted, or you could purchase a hosting plan through GoDaddy (or someone else), upload your wordpress site, and voila!

Domain names run about $10.00 per year, and hosting for a small site starts around $5.00 per month.

Or, you can buy a domain from Namecheap.com (Best registrar out there) and use the current blog you have with wordpress..

In other terms, buy the domain, and follow the instructions with wordpress to use mydomain.com instead of mydomain.wordpress.com
