The messages do not arrive

  • Hello Very good, I installed the plug-in: YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder and the messages do not reach my inbox.
    In theory should arrive a message for the user could rate and comment, this message does not reach me, it only works if I do it in a test.
    Do you have some kind of solution?

    Hi @evotic ,

    1) Can you check if in your db there are the following tables created ?

    1. ywrr_email_blocklist
    2. ywrr_email_schedule

    2) Can you check if in your site the cron are working properly ?
    Try to activate this Plugin and check if these cron are scheduled properly :

    ywrr_daily_send_mail_job
ywrr_hourly_send_mail_job

    3) Try to deactivate/activate the plugin

    4) Check if your products can be reviewed

    I have the same problem, I checked the table ywrr_email_schedule and it contains all pending requests.

    I checked the tasks:
    ywrr_daily_send_mail_job
    ywrr_hourly_send_mail_job

    I didn’t find any errors in the log

    What to do?

    I’m using:
    YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder Premium
    V 1.5.2
