XML importing problem

  • Hi i’m having trouble importing a xml file from another blog from wordpress.com.
    When i upload it, it comes up with message constantly
    “Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again.”
    i know i’m within the file size since its very small and no matter what file i upload it comes out with this message
