How to Send Tracking Email

    Hello, Is the tracking email automatically sent to the customer once we change the order status to Shipped and update the order? or do we have to do something else to have it sent out? also is there a place to see that the email was sent successfully?

    Yes, the shipment tracking info is added to the “Completed” (or Shipped ig you use our rename option) order email sent to the customer.
    As for seeing that emails sent, I would recomend using SMTP plugin so you will be able to see all emails sent by WordPress in the sent items in your mail.
