Popupmaker preventing contact forms from saving

The ‘Save’ button does not work in Contact Form 7 anymore. I tested each plugin to see what was causing the conflict and it appears to be Popupmaker. When I have popupmaker enabled, I cannot save/update contact forms. Does popupmaker modify ajax functions? I already submitted a support request to CF7, but it is clearly a conflict with this plugin.
