Creating new event not possible

  • Hi!
    I’ve just installed the VSEL but with trying to create my first event I always get the following (copied) error message:

    Does anybody know what this means and can help us?

    Hi Iris,

    Unfortunately not.
    The ticket that’s created by Imagely still has status “Being Processed”.
    But there are no problems when using the Classic Editor plugin.
