it seems there is a problem with WPML plugins and the product catalog plugin
it is not working and gives 404 ERROR
we needed to deactivate the plugin

You have a solution for this?

  • Hi sabrinaplush,

Where does the 404 error appear (e.g. in the plugin dashboard… on the catalogue page in the front end..etc)?

Are you able to turn on debug mode? If so, does any message appear in the error_log file?

if we deactivate the plugin: NO error 404
If we turn it on we can not switch from page to page or to language: error 404
We turned on the debug mode: that is why we noticed the plugin caused the error

it is wpml.org who informed me the plugin is not tested with wpml yet
    Do you have a solution?

    Hi @sabrinaplush,

As a test, could you please try resetting the permalinks structure and see if it makes a difference? To do so, please navigate to “Settings” -> “Permalinks” from the WordPress admin sidebar, without making any changes just save the options and see if the product page links load correctly now?

In the event that the test above does not work, could you navigate to the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab and disable “Maintain Filtering”, does it make a difference? We have seen in the past is that “Maintain Filtering” sometimes causes conflicts external links to fail.
