The preload no longer works

Thanks @frankeck – I have fixed this in https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/677 which I will release tomorrow as a new version.

If you want to get it working before then, edit wp-cache.php and go to line 881. Change the “===” to “==” in true === $super_cache_enabled.
