Hi, I’m having a problem in one of my sites.
I created a job to generate a backup, but when I go to “BackWPup > Backups” I can’t see any backup on the list, but the backup is done as it’s on Dropbox and I can see it on Logs page too.

    Hi @kimso
hmm, which BackWPUp version did you using?
Could you update to latest 3.6.9 then try again?
If that not works, please try to create a new Dropbox job, after that, is the issue happens again?
    Thank you!

When I opened the topic I had the last version of BackWPUp… I don’t know what happened that right now I can see the backups list. Maybe it can be some cache issue.

I am having the same issue.

I have two jobs one (full website backup) to Dropbox and another job which runs more frequently and just backs up to the local folder.

But I can’t see the Dropbox file in the list of backups. It’s there in Dropbox and even the database has the link to the zip file.

Update: It’s working after I took another backup to Dropbox.

Which is great, although best would be to show old backups at all times.

    Hi @superpoincare @kimso
after 3.6.9, the backups were stored in old BackWPUp’s backup folder ( Dropbox > Apps > BackWPUp ) will not be listed.
Sorry for the inconvenient but there is no way we can avoid that ??

Actually I am not talking of that.

Imagine a fresh installation with the latest version with a fresh Dropbox account.

When I create a new job, the Backups tab doesn’t show the old backups, although the information is there in the logs and the database.

@duongcuong96 it wasn’t my problem as I forced to backup, after update to 3.6.9 and connect again with Dropbox, and there was no backups in the list “BackWPup > Backups”.
Anyway, as I told in another answer now it’s working.
    Thanks
