wp2pgpmail generates 3 errors in Site Health

  • When I enable the wp2pgpmail plugin, then WP’s Site Health gives me 3 errors that weren’t there before:
    1)
    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    3)
    Your site could not complete a loopback request
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    3)
    Background updates may not be working properly
    Warning Could not confirm that the wp_version_check() filter is available.

    Then I disable the plugin, and the errors go away. I am using the free version. PHP 7.3, mySQL 5.5, on 1and1 hosting.

    Has anyone else run into this?
