Media Upload box not opening on iPhone

  • The pop up dialogue box for uploading media will not open up on iPhone. Is this a wordpress problem? Has anyone else encountered this?

    Is it for activity page or gallery page? I haven’t seen this issue(I had seen one for activity screen earlier).

    Hi Dave,
    Thank you.

    I know there could be some issue on activity page due to dynamically changing the config of uploader but I have never seen the issue on single gallery.

    Can you please check the same on our demo site and let me know if it is happening there too?

    Seems to work well on your demo website on mobile. Maybe you can try looking at my website to login as admin and try it out yourself?

    I found another plugin author with a similar issue, that was rectified by some simple code, you might be interested to know.
