My network asks for new login on each site even for super admin

After looking through your list of plugins I was wondering if there are any plugins you might have missed <grin>.

Anyway, there’s supposed to be a cookie domain set in your wp-config.

And I’m very suspicious of one of those plugins causing this problem since you mentioned the problem started out as affecting one user role and now has spread to all users.
