I want to log in and not to go to admin panel

Is there a plugin to log on my WordPress site and to stay on the page that is currently displayed, and not to go to the admin panel?

This is just what happens when I log on the www.remarpro.com site and this is fine.

When I want to edit a page on my site, I have to retrieve it once logged in!
